• Partner services (banking, remittance, travel cards)

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Have the legal capacity to enter into agreements
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Payment Terms:

Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Edulx be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data or information
• Educational opportunity costs
• Emotional distress or disappointment
• Third-party claims or damages

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

All content, materials, and intellectual property on our website and in our services are owned by Edulx or licensed to us. This includes:

• Website content, design, and functionality
• Proprietary methodologies and processes
• Templates and educational materials
• Trademarks, logos, and brand elements

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

3. Arbitration: Final resolution through binding arbitration under Indian Arbitration Act
